Our Story

Welcome to the revolution!

At Digital Continent, we are passionate about providing nonprofits and businesses with communications that deliver valuable content based on your persona to inform, inspire, and engage donors and business clients.

We start by using our unique strategic-planning process to understand the mission of your organization, design a communications strategy based on your persona, and then incorporate world-class in-bound marketing technology that offers powerful tools and insights unlike anything you have seen.

Traditional communications tend to be one-way conversations that broadcast information to target audiences with no follow up strategy. In-bound marketing allows you to engage in one-on-one conversations with your audiences whenever someone interacts with your communications (typically e-newsletters, social media, and blog posts).  Digital Continent excels at identifying new prospects based on the persona of your supporters and turning them into the next generation of volunteers, donors (for nonprofits), and business clients.

The best way for us to explain how our unique approach to cause marketing and communications is to schedule an introductory meeting. Complete the form below and we will reach out to you promptly to schedule a time for us to get together.

About Us

Peter Droege

Chief Vision Officer

Peter Droege grew up in Central City, a historic gold-mining town outside of Denver, where he fell in love with Colorado and its rich history and culture. He and his wife enjoy renovating a historic home that once served as a dynamite bunker serving gold mines in the 1800s. He also enjoys spending time with his four children, distance running and mountain biking.

Peter has a passion for innovative communications and service to the nonprofit community. He is an award-winning newspaper editor, served as Vice President for Communications for the $1.5 billion Daniels Fund, co-founded a Denver Public School charter school for dropouts, and ran a residential program that empowered men who had lost everything to an alcohol and/or drug addiction to reclaim their lives.

He speaks Spanish and co-founded a successful Spanish-language newspaper, has served on numerous fundraising committees, and co-chairs an annual Christmas party for the homeless that serves 3,000 people each year. He received the Estrella (Star) award for service to the Hispanic community in 2014; an organization he led received the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Humanitarian Award in 2016; and the Community Service Award from the Latina SafeHouse in 2017.
